ILLUSTRATED GLOSSARY

1. FORM: It is a 3D object.

2. EXTRUSION: Elongating or stretching an object.

3. STEPPED EXTRUSION: Extending a form by adding layers.

4. TRANSITIONAL EXTRUSION/METAMORPHOSIS: Extruding a shape/solid in a way that changes its form.

5. PLATONIC SOLIDS: The solids that are formed with the same shapes of the same sides and angles are repeated in a sequence. There are only 5 such solids.

6. ARCHIMEDEAN SOLIDS: 13 convex polyhedra with identical vertices. They are made of regular polygons.
