The hangers are made of thermosetting plastics which have high tensile strength.
This plastic is used in making switchboards because once thermosetting plastics sets, they cannot be remolded.
These hangers look weak but, due to high tensile strength, it can lift heavy clothes without getting damaged.
Making these hangers at home is difficult because it requires a certain amount of pressure and heat that our kitchen stove cannot provide.
